Mühlbauer delivers complete RFID factory to exax Inc

A complete solution from inlay production to converting and insertion from one source Mühlbauer Technology Group is a leading international manufacturer and consultant for innovative RFID solutions. The company announces the delivery of the complete RFID factory equipment to the company exax Inc., one of South Korea's leading fine chemical manufacturers, which is just expanding its business into RFID -label, -ticket and -baggage tag production. Mühlbauer has been selected to supply all necessary equipment for RFID inlay production, label converting and label insertion.

 

exax will produce the RFID inlays with the manifold proven TAL 10000, Mühlbauer's high speed direct chip attach solution for wide web applications. With its high throughput of up to 11,000 UPH, it is the most suitable machine for cost-effective chip attach far above the industry standard speed. For converting the RFID inlays into smart labels, smart tickets and RFID baggage tags the Mühlbauer CL 15000 / IL 15000 converting & insertion solutions will be used.
