Digital deposition equipment for fabrication of perovskite solar cells

KELENN Technology pioneer digital deposition equipment for the fabrication of perovskite solar cells industrial process,"SolarVolt". For more information see the IDTechEx report on Perovskite Photovoltaics 2018-2028.

Latest results achieved with third generation solar cells highlight that the perovskite can increase efficiency and lower the cost of solar energy. For example, perovskite is currently used to improve conversion efficiency of silicon technology in tandem solar cell structures. Since 2016, KELENN Technology has focused its R&D effort on hybrid photovoltaic technologies such as perovskite solar cells. Recently its R&D group has developed new solar cell structures with perovskite layer yielding 16% of stabilized conversion efficiency and latest hits at 18.38% conversion efficiency. All these results are certified by independent CNRS Laboratories. KELENN Technology's goal is to develop a green photovoltaic industry using low carbon process without rare earth metals. With these latest conversion efficiency rates KELENN Technology is now looking forward to industrializing this innovative photovoltaic solution and address the market with it. KELENN Technology, a French SME based in the Paris area, designs and manufactures automatic vision and inkjet printing solutions for industrial production centres since 2005. Thanks to ongoing R&D investment and innovation, KELENN Technology is now on track for printed electronics and IoT by mastering flexible and functional materials, inkjet printing, additive technologies and electronics.
