"EAU DE GRAPHENE" an innovative graphene form

The 9th edition of Graphene Conference, the largest European Event in Graphene and 2D Materials, took place this year in Rome (Italy). More than 700 participants, including 80 speakers from both research and the business world, attended the event.
Carbon Waters was invited to present its breakthrough on graphene production process and its new application developments.
Industrial Forum
For the second year, the industrial forum, gave the opportunities to graphene companies to exchange about progresses on technological developments and production methods. Every invited company gave a speech in front of investors and industrial actors to present their innovations and products. This gave the opportunity to learn more about the market evolution of graphene-based materials around the world. The forum was an opportunity for Carbon Waters to showcase its impactful progresses, to discuss new collaborations and share its market vision.
Promising Results
During her speech, Julia Messner, Carbon Waters' process manager, presented the roadmap for production and application development of new additives and coatings. Carbon Waters' innovative graphene production process opens up new possibilities for the industry to develop materials with enhanced and monitored performances. Its most recent works show very promising results on thermal and electrical conductivity.
"Our recent developments on graphene enhanced oils for industrial customers show very promising conductivity performances," said Julia Messner. This new form of graphene shows outstanding stability in oils as well as in polyurethane emulsions confirmed by Raman and UV visible analyses. Moreover, the product development process based on Carbon Waters' graphene material is simple and especially fast with a low investment cost for end users. Engineers of the R&D department of Carbon Waters are now generalizing these assays on several polymers as well as in Epoxy-based resins. Properties of these new graphene-enhanced formulations are being measured and new developments on anticorrosion surface treatments are in progress.
Opportunities are already showing
For the IDTechEx Show! series, Carbon Waters will be presenting at Santa Clara Convention Center, CA, USA, 20-21 November 2019.
