Metalonix, Inc., a ground-breaking provider of functional metallic inks, is pleased to announce its official corporate name has changed to Liquid X Printed Metals, Inc. ("Liquid X"). Liquid X spun out of Carnegie Mellon University in 2010 and is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Our well-known technology transforms various metals into ink form which is then deposited onto a wide variety of substrates. When heated at low temperatures, the ink converts to the base metal and exhibits comparable features. Liquid X allows customers to print metal traces and films that deliver the results comparable to the bulk metal while also providing the customer with a cost-saving solution.
Liquid X will continue to develop and provide the same quality products on which we have built our industry reputation. We hope you are as excited as we are as we move forward and transition into our new identity.
