IDTechEx Show! 2015 - 75% exhibitor space booked and over 200 speakers

The IDTechEx Show!, America's largest event focused on emerging technologies, including printed electronics and wearable technology, has already booked more than 75% of its exhibition space at the event, which will be held Nov. 18-19 in the heart of Silicon Valley at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, California.

This unique event brings together multiple inter-related emerging technologies in one place, eight parallel conference tracks on the topics of printed and flexible electronics; wearable technology; 3D printing; sensors; graphene; Internet of Things; energy harvesting and storage; and electric vehicles.

"One of the most exciting things about the show is that we cut through the hype usually associated with emerging technologies and focus on what is really needed, based on potential adopters of the technologies understanding their challenges and wish lists," says Raghu Das, CEO of IDTechEx. "We'll also see companies announcing new technologies that may disrupt existing products and allow product designers to utilize new technologies to gain a competitive edge."

Due to high demand, exhibit space has been extended by an additional 15% — increasing the overall exhibition to nearly 100,000 square feet. Players from the most innovative start-ups to global Fortune 100 organizations, including Coca Cola, Colgate Palmolive, Bayer Healthcare, Intel, DARPA, United Technologies, DuPont, Henkel, Heraeus, Wacker Chemical, Molex, Hitachi Chemical and Xerox. The lead sponsor for the event is NovaCentrix, while Linear Technology Corporation and Bebop Sensors are gold sponsors. More than 3,000 attendees are expected.

"One of the key features of this event is that we're bringing together the supply chains from a multitude of science and technology industries; and by doing that, people will discover new business opportunities they never even thought about," Das adds.

The conference events also include optional masterclasses and tours of Silicon Valley on Nov. 17 and 20. For more information, visit www.IDTechEx.com/usa.
